Task Force Mission: Holding a secure line of protection around San Francisco's perimeter in order to keep anomalous threats within San Francisco for easier containment or recontainment.

Organization: Mu-2 was formed in the year 2020, following the Containment Facility Act as a way to keep the areas surrounding San Francisco safe from potential danger that the Foundation's presence in the city may bring.

Task Force Size: Stationary Task Force Mu-2 is only located within the San Francisco area. It is large enough to have at least five patrol members per perimeter sector at all moments in time, as well as operatives stationed in Site-42 in order to switch shifts at specific intervals of time.

Activation Parameters: Mu-2 should always be on active duty without fail. This includes being active during poor weather conditions, unless it could lead to loss of life. If weather conditions are dangerous and there is a potential perimeter breach, patrol members are expected to stay on duty until the threat is handled.
