O5-07: Gynophobia.
Identified to be female. Peruvian-Caucasian Descent. Appears in her early-30s; likely older. Healthy figure. Has a wide wardrobe. Pretty much entrusted to only handle paperwork.
A junior member of the O5 council. Somewhat naive, very friendly and approachable, possesses a short temper regarding her heritage. May come off as anxious or paranoid (though, she will never admit it). Possesses good morals, and believes the Foundation to be a necessary organisation. A stickler for following rules and regulations (and a massive hypocrite). She has gynophobia, resulting her to work with men than women, and often avoids contact with female individuals whenever possible.
O7 is constantly stressed on her own safety, usually hiding behind intermediaries, refraining from stepping out of her quarters, and worried about the competence of her own staff team. She would willingly give out public speeches if it weren't for her own belief of needing to be safe. Will often be seen in her office or near a fellow councilmen (almost never women).
Has no notable achievements as an overseer as of now, but is very reliable regarding paperwork.
Her staff team has remained unchanged, due to her own bodyguard persuading her to allow women in the team to keep their jobs. However, 07 still appears uneasy about her own team, rarely attempting to speak to them or request help with paperwork.
