Hello. My name is Mercy. I'm a writer for the SCP Foundation. I've been writing for many, many years. I usually go on Roleplay servers, such as Site-42 to improve my skill [and really just go overkill]
I'll be putting lots of my future projects here. Regardless if they're actually used in RP, so you can go ahead and track my progress.
If you have any questions, my DMs are open. mercy#4567
NOTE: I'm a pretty arrogant person if you don't know. I'm kind of a dickhead, so… beware
Item #: SCP-6071
Clearance Level 2: Restricted
Object Class: Safe
Disruption Class: 2/Vlam
Risk Class: 4/Danger
Name: The Wildlands
SCP Number: SCP-6071
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-6071 being an interdimensional location, SCP-6071 is self-containing and can only be entered by entities with highly advanced anomalous inter-dimensional technology, such as the SCP Foundation. All SCP-6071-2 instances are to be recorded, but not terminated, unless necessary, and no SCP-6071-3 instances are to be recorded or terminated, unless necessary. SCP-6071-3 interviews are to be recorded.
Description: SCP-6071 is an infinite [REFER TO ADDENDUM 1-A] dimensional field in a dark setting. This field is standard to Earth’s geographical appearance, excluding the color of the field is dark. Inside the dimension consists of a large number of uncountable anomalies, as well as non-anomalous humans.
All encountered non-anomalous humans must be met with Protocol 6071-3 and must be referred to as an SCP-6071-3 instance. [REFER TO ADDENDUM 1-B] and all non-human-like creatures are to be presumed as hostile unless stated otherwise by a Lambda-5 (“White Rabbits”) Unit and must be referred to as an SCP-6071-2 instance.
SCP-6071 also consists of small houses, villages, and large facilities filled with hallways, in which every turn is an SCP-6071-2 instance and no recorded SCP-6071-3 instances have been located inside of the facilities.
Upon speculation, SCP-6071-3 Units were not created in SCP-6071, after interviews, SCP-6071-3 instances stated that the instances were most likely committing a wrong act, which ranges from high crimes such as murder and bank robberies to petty thefts and cheating. The chances of being transported to SCP-6071 and becoming an SCP-6071-3 is unlikely but possible. It was tested that areas with large amounts of transports to SCP-6071 increase the chance of SCP-6071-3 instances being created in a general area surrounding the transportation of SCP-6071. SCP-6071-2 instances do not appear to attack each other. More information required.
Around SCP-6071 are large deployed walls in which symbols are written on them, these are warnings deployed by Lambda-5 (“White Rabbits”) Units to alert any subject about the upcoming SCP-6071-2 instance.
No SCP-6071-2 instances have attempted to escape SCP-6071.
NOTE: Due to the unknown nature of SCP-6071, it is encouraged to test on SCP-6071 and encounter more SCP-6071-2 instances for recording.
Encountered SCP-6071-2 instances are listed here, but not all instances are listed, these are only the reported instances:
Referred to as a “Kidnapper” This instance grabs subjects, throwing them into a bag and proceeds to torture them for days before smashing them against a hard surface. Kidnappers are very quick instances in which CQC is recommended. If a subject encounters a Kidnapper, a Kidnapper’s weak spot is when a subject is being thrown into the bag. Preferably, use a knife, stick, or any melee weapon.
Referred to as a “Mantis” This instance has large, retractable blades, similar to that of a Mantodea [Praying Mantis] Mantises are generally slow but strong, and firearms are advised. NOTE: Due to the inconsistent topography, attempt to not stray a bullet into the sky.
Referred to as a “Hydra” This instance splits exponentially to the power of two every time it is terminated. It is a pitch-black humanoid creature with a large pitch-black kitchen knife. In order to terminate these instances, you must force one Hydra to stab another, this will cause them to backfire on each other and not spawn any more instances.
Referred to as a “Giant” This instance is a large metallic humanoid creature with a triangle-shaped head. This instance is generally harder to kill, but not hostile, nor neutral. It is advised to not kill these instances.
Referred to as a “Siren” This instance’s appearance is similar to Utahraptor Ostrommaysi, with the head region replaced with a large speaker. When a Siren is killed, or when the Siren detects a subject nearby, unless it is an SCP-6071-2 instance, it will screech loudly, attracting any SCP-6071-2 nearby. It is advised to avoid these instances.
Referred to as “Echo” This single existing instance is the only instance that does not have multiple instances of itself, it appears to only hang around the lower section [REFER TO ADDENDUM 2-A] and is one of the only SCP-6071-2 instances that benefits the subject. Echo is a humanoid that takes the appearance and knowledge of Lambda-5 Operative “Echo” which was declared MIA upon the same time the instance started appearing. All attempts to disable or terminate Echo have been unsuccessful and should be avoided, due to the beneficial nature of Echo.
NOTE: If you encounter any other separate SCP-6071-2 instance, please record it.
SCP-6071 was first encountered when a Lambda-5 Unit’s calculations of dimensional hopping malfunctioned as “13.5” Each dimension is stated in whole numbers [1 is our current dimension] and the Lambda-5 Unit was teleported into SCP-6071. It was concluded by researchers that SCP-6071 is the area between dimensions. Dimensional hopper pistols were created in order to allow teleportation from dimension to 0.1-0.9, 1.1-1.9, etc. Regardless of which whole number a subject puts it on, all subjects will remain in the same dimension, SCP-6071. SCP-6071 has shifted shapes three times. SCP-6071 was originally a small field with large walls bordering it. SCP-6071’s walls began to shrink and were reduced to a small hallway. After a test in which an instance larger than the walls were introduced, specifically an elephant, the walls began to enlarge, in which SCP-6071 reverted back to an infinite field.
Due to the inconsistent topography of SCP-6071, exiting SCP-6071 will cause the subject to be ejected into a large distance from the entrance, depending on how far the subject traveled; calculations of distances have been proven to be unsuccessful due to inconsistent topography.
If a subject is to move towards SCP-6071, there is a chance of the subject accidentally being translocated into deeper sections of SCP-6071.
Currently, hallways are still seen throughout SCP-6071, and traveling through these hallways is highly unrecommended, due to the inconsistent topography being independent of the field and the chance of being trapped in hallways.
Addendum 1-A: It is not known whether SCP-6071 is either extremely large or infinite, currently, SCP-6071 consists of 8 MTF Unit Squads, Lambda-5 (“White Rabbits”) patrolling the distance of SCP-6071 on each direction. There have been multiple occasions where squads have encountered each other, most consistently when back-tracking or standing still, it is seen that SCP-6071’s topography is inconsistent.
Addendum 1-B: Most SCP-6071-3 reported have been friendly to onlookers, and it is encouraged that any subject inside of SCP-6071 is to attempt to help any SCP-6071-2, but never to release any SCP-6071-3 instance. A standard psychological evaluation must be given to any SCP-6071-3 instance. It is encouraged to help SCP-6071-3 instances due to the fact that any instances should be interviewed in hopes of knowing more about SCP-6071.
Addendum 2-A: SCP-6071 is separated into three sections, the lower, middle, and deep sections. No subject will be able to tell in which each section starts or ends, and it can only be shown by the number of hostile creatures and lack of symbols around SCP-6071.
Nice. There's nothing.
