Physical Profile - Andrew Warren is a short, average weight man, standing at 5'10 feet tall and weighing around 160 pounds. He has a sharp jawline, which he does his best to keep unsullied by hair, which is complemented by a semi-sharp Greek nose. Warren's eyes are a soft pastel blue, though he often keeps them covered by black tinted aviator glasses. His hair is a harsh, semi curly blonde, kept at a short length in a semi-messy, combed to the side style. Warren's right arm is covered in a full sleeve of doodle-style tattoos. He refuses to comment on it.

Warren is often, if not always seen with a self-rolled cigarette hanging out of the corner of his mouth, and a half-filled glass of whiskey seemingly permanently affixed to his right hand. Warren often times wears white button-up shirts, the sleeves of which he keeps rolled up slightly above the elbow, a black tie, black dress pants, and shined dress shoes. When not wearing this, he often wears various button-up Hawaiian shirts, almost all with a blue background and featuring some sort of floral pattern. Despite his drinking and smoking, Warren is perfectly healthy and capable of passing all Foundation PT tests.

Psychological Profile - Warren is a very pragmatic man, preferring to keep things realistic and simple rather than spend time dreaming away at what-ifs. He's extremely quiet, only speaking when he has something that will contribute to the situation. Despite his extensive service, Warren shows no signs of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), though he refuses to comment on Operation Anvil, Operation Newton, or Operation Jericho, all of which he was involved in. It is theorized, however, that these operations did have some effect on him, as before and during his service Andrew had never smoked or drank, and was often described as talkative by his friends.

Background/History - Born Grigori Skelovish in 1982 to a non-noteworthy family in Dnipro, Ukraine, Andrew was doomed from the start. Starting in his second year of school, Andrew was fighting almost every kid he came across. Counselor intervention proved ineffective, as Andrew just kept fighting. This continued until his fifth year of school, which is when his parents scraped enough money together to move away from the ever-unstable Ukraine. Where did they move? An Alleyway.

Originally posted up in a quite nice trailer in San-Diego, California, Andrew's parents soon learned the trouble of living as immigrants in 90s America. So, they changed their names. The Skelovishs became the Warrens. Grigori became Andrew. And fighting became scavenging.
The problem with America, and California at that, is the cost of living. A plane ticket and a house don't mean shit to the US Government. The Warrens soon found themselves scraping together food from the beaches and streets, unable to care for their child. As their condition slowly worsened, the Warrens' only choice soon bolded itself: They had to give their boy away, in hopes that he could make it.

Andrew entered foster care in 1992, at 10 years old. He was almost immediately picked up by a devout Mormon family, who believed him to be a godsend. Under this new family, Warren began attending school on a regular basis, with no more fighting or issues. He didn't resist the changes…at first. Starting when he was around 15, Andrew began to lash out against his foster parents and their religion. He began to refuse Church services and started giving himself stick and poke tattoos on his right arm. This rebellion continued until he was 18, at which point he committed the act that threw him from his family, the act that broke the last thread between them.

In 2000, Andrew enlisted in the United States Army. He was barely out of BCT when the September 11th attacks happened. Andrew was rushed into service into Afghanistan, where he spent the majority of his 20s, working in support of SOF teams. At the age of 30, Andrew was ready to retire, until he was offered a position that was, arguably, a promotion. Andrew joined the Army's Intelligence Support Activity, ISA. During his time with ISA, he was deployed to Pakistan, where he worked with other operatives, some CIA, other ISA, to dismantle a small terrorist cell. This dismantling work was repeated on two other cells, until the fourth, in which things went as south as possible: Andrew was found out. Andrew was captured by a small group of insurgents, who have yet to be identified. He was captive for five weeks, and turned up at Forward Operating Base [REDACTED] eight weeks later, carrying an AK-47 with one magazine left, and two GSWs to the abdomen. He reported that the group had been neutralized, and gave intelligence to back his claim up.
After a stay at Rammstein Airbase's medical facility, and an extensive debrief, Andrew was honorably discharged.

After leaving the service at 31, Andrew felt empty. The FBI seemed too boring, with their bureaucratic bullshit and stick up the ass agents, and the CIA seemed too similar to the ISA. There seemed to be nothing he could do. On August 5th, 2014, however, Andrew was offered a position within a group identifying themselves as the "Foundation", where he would work as a Security Guard. One years into his service, another group within the Foundation, Identifying themselves as the "ISD", offered him another job, working undercover. Andrew loved the familiarity of this job. He served there for three years, the minimum required for an offer to join the Uniformed Division. Andrew accepted. There he has served for two years, during which he has earned a reputation for his effectivity and quietness, with people often forgetting he's in the room, as well as several promotions. At an unknown point during his service within the Uniformed Division, he was put in charge of Asset Retrieval Group VOID-66, which is based out of San Francisco, California. Despite his promotions, and current rank of SAIC, Warren still maintains heavy ties and often operates with VOID-66.
