[Physical Profile] Wendy is a Caucasian female, aged 25, whose confirmed height and weight is 1.72 metres (5'8~") and 63 kilograms (138.9 lbs) respectively. She has brown hair that is kept long, naturally wavy. On duty, she'll be tempted to braid it to prevent it from being a liability. Tori has green eyes, almost appearing to be yellow, oddly enough. Wendy has a mesomorph build, keeping an inconsistent regimen but content with her overall physical health.

Out of work, she is very laid back, going with tight-fitted clothing as her preference. Her signature look is a shirt calling her an "otaku" in Japanese hiragana letters with pants resembling "ahegao" faces. She also has spiralling glasses that she wears on occasion.

[Psych. Evaluation] Wendy is a humorous person, liking to copy jokes but also willing to try coming up with inside jokes with friends. She'll also poke fun at herself and flaws every now and then. A downright good person but also having trouble with subjects she feels vocal towards. Moore has great difficulty with her gambling addiction, usually betting on things, be it low or high stakes. Despite being told to go to a psychiatrist, this has proven ineffective, even if she attends her sessions.

Tori takes her job very seriously, but on more casual duties and in a safe environment, she's compelled to crack jokes and lessen tension in the atmosphere. Co-workers claim she's a great medium in a heated argument. An enforcer of the law that follows by the book, she envies people who freely choose to break from the code if they deem it necessary.

[Backstory] Wendy Moore was born on February 28th, 1995, fathered by Frederick Moore and mothered by Ashley Bennings in California, USA, raised in Bakersfield city. Her family has a history of former police officers, medical staff and firefighters, a legacy and duty that she had claimed to be her own legacy to carry on. Maturing over the years and growing more independent from her parents, she had finally made a choice about what she would become for her future career.

Studying to be an FBI agent, she followed a harsh regimen by her father (former US Army Drill Sergeant). He is known to be solely responsible for her belief to follow everything by the book and to never waver from them, along with other ethics. All the while, she was studying hard within school and pushing herself to participate in multiple club.

After graduating high school, Wendy had begun to train herself to wield weapons and even partook in paintball tournaments in order to gain a better sense of battle strategy, a hobby that she has desired to continue. At the age of 19, she decided to study on science, particularly to earn a degree in chemistry. She had enrolled into the California University of Pennsylvania, earning her bachelor's degree in four years.

After getting her degree, Wendy submitted a form to the FBI, receiving a place as an agent and beginning her work. Working hard and diligently, she was placed within the Anomalous Crimes Incidents and Intervention Division, deployed within the Foundation's Site-42 on standby to assist Lead Investigators and Field Officers.
